Secretary to President Director

Qualification:

• Hold min Diploma degree in Secretary with min GPA 3.0
• Age 27 to 35 years
• Min 5 to 10 years of experiences in multinational company
• Computer literate (excel, word and power point) is a must
• Excellent in English (oral and written)
• Good initiative and motivation
• Good administration skill and can work systematically
• Accurate and can work under pressure

Roles:

• Meeting arrangement
• Filling company documents
• Handling incoming – outgoing mail & business correspondence
• Ticket & hotel booking arrangement
• Handling incoming – outgoing inquiry and administration for President Director
