Business Development & Support Dept Head
(Banten - Karawaci, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

  • Product development.
  • Marketing intelligence.
  • Design sales incentive scheme and monitor the implementation.
  • Design contest and monitor the implementation.
  • Monitoring sales activity and performance.
  • Identify and design the needs to develop agency/broker/other distribution channel.
  • Socialization to sales team for any update/changes in regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Life Insurance Industry or any related field.
  • Having knowledge in actuary, pension & employee benefit products is preferred.
  • Familiar with sales process and flow of business from prospecting to retaining clients.
  • Detail and good analytical skill.
  • Have a sense of business.

Branch Manager (BM)

Manager Marketing Communication (MCom)
Responsible to manage varieties of product portfolio that includes:
•    Ability to analyze product and market competition
•    Request for product creation and launch product to dealers and end users
•    Able to develop an advertising design related to product launch on the market
•    Wont experience in Electronic company is an advantage

SAP Junior Manager (SAP)
Responsible to support, improve process, configuration and working closely with SAP end-users
•    Bachelor degree graduate In IT, Comp Science or related field
•    Experiences in SAP R/3 SD, MM. FI & CO min 3 years
•    Good Analytical algorithm skill and strong knowledge in business process
•    Having knowledge of IT Network, Cabling and Operating System is an advantage
•    Good attitude, communication skill and able to work under high pressure

Internal Auditor ISO (IA)
Responsible to supervise and manage team for routine ISO audit in the company
•    Experience in ISO developing, documentation and internal audit related field min 2 years
•    Experience in internal audit company operation activities
•    Good attitude, teamwork, able to work under high pressure and deadline

Costing Supervisor (CS)
Responsible to control and analyze company marketing and operating expenses
•    Experience finance/costing in distribution or manufacture company for min 2 years
•    Experience in using Microsoft Office Excel
•    Good attitude, teamwork, able to work under high pressure and deadline.
