• S1 from reputable University majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Good leadership and fluent in English
• Minimum 1 years experience in automotive industry
• Male/ Female under 45 years,domicile in Tangerang
• Comprehend in ISO Series ,5S, Kaizen and Safety
• Capable to plan & control production and has rubber knowledge in production

Business Development & Support Dept Head
(Banten - Karawaci, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

• Product development.
• Marketing intelligence.
• Design sales incentive scheme and monitor the implementation.
• Design contest and monitor the implementation.
• Monitoring sales activity and performance.
• Identify and design the needs to develop agency/broker/other distribution channel.
• Socialization to sales team for any update/changes in regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Life Insurance Industry or any related field.
• Having knowledge in actuary, pension & employee benefit products is preferred.
• Familiar with sales process and flow of business from prospecting to retaining clients.
• Detail and good analytical skill.
• Have a sense of business.
