Maintenance Technician (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

• Handle for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all the machine are ready and safe for production process
• Responsible for implement of corrective maintenance on time as per the target
• Responsible for solving the technical problem on the machine and determine long term solution to prevent the same problem on the machine will repeated
• Responsible for implementation of preparation activities and mold maintenance as required by ISO 9001 : 2008

* Job Scope :

• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Responsible for improve and implement of Standard Operating Procedure and Working Instruction of maintenance as follow ISO 9001 : 2008

Requirements:

• University degree ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years hands on experience in international manufacturing companies, familiar plastic production and consumer packaging industry preferred
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, QMS
• Decisive, good interpersonal communication skills, enjoys to drive changes
• Team player, strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards delivery of Total Productive Maintenance objectives
• Hard work and able to work under pressure

Injection Molding Technician (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving production target as required by company
• Responsible for implement of ISO 9001:2008
• Responsible for implement of Lean Enterprise Program
• Responsible for managing peoples in order to achieve the company goals

• Responsible for implement production process as follow ISO 9001:2008 standard

Requirements:

• University degree ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Sales of integrated health care plastic packaging, personal care plastic packaging to existing & new customers (All Indonesian Region)

Responsibilities:

•  Aligns plant production objectives with overall business unit strategy
• Directs all production activities at the plant area

• Prepares capital and expense budgets for plant area
• Develops the plant operation policies and programs in accordance with the overall business strategy
• Leads and promotes Lean Enterprise for continuous improvement at plant area

• Responsible for plant operation. Establish plant policies and procedures
• Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster well trained and motivated staff

Maintenance Supervisor (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

•  Monitoring and controlled the smoothness of machine operating and all supporting equipment
• Manage and maintain the implementation of maintenance technician briefing and coordination meeting and having ability to lead the meeting
• Maintain the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance for the purpose of maintain the Lean Manufacturing process
• Manage Maintenance Operation within his area of responsibility in terms of corrective and preventive systemized measures
• Maintain productive and solution driven

* Job Scope :

• Responsible for coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Responsible for improve and implement of both short term and long term maintenance solutions by using lean tools

Requirements:

• University degree ideally in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

•  Improve and implement supply chain processing, to maintain seamless operation, from suppliers to customers, for ensuring superior levels of customer satisfaction
• Management of Order Fulfillment Process
• Ensures complete synergy and smooth flow in operations between customers, supply planners, production planners and material planners, factory, Import Export and supplier toward order fulfillment process excellence
• Implement of Purchasing Strategy and Policies
• Minimize Cost of Non Quality and Supply Risk from supply base
• Maximize recovery for non – conformances caused from supply base and prevent such cost of non quality realized in manufacturing. Making sure supply risk had been minimize by proper supply base management, supplier sustainability audit, supplier audit/assessment and contracting process
• People development and coaching

• Maintain the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance for the purpose of maintain the Lean Manufacturing process
