Sales Forecast & Reporting Executive

The role of this position is to :

• Regularly manage company and regional sales forecast. Ensure forecast accuracy target is achieved and sales forecast reports are consistently launched at expected quality.
• Manage historical sales data clean up process and contribute to demand
• forecasting process and methodology.
• Design and provide regular sales reports and scorecards at time and format Expected.
• Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders on data submission   and accuracy
• Lead and/or contribute to projects at relevant scope.

The qualifications are:

• Preferably below 28 years
• University degree, fresh graduate is welcome. Preferably to come from Industrial Engineering background of reputable universities
• Bahasa native, English moderate
• 2+ years experience in relevant area of expertise is a plus
• Possess strong drive and willingness to learn
• Familiar with basic forecasting principles.
• Superior technical excel spreadsheet skill (database, query, pivot table, analytical tools)
• Sufficient experience in similar area (data reporting, database development, etc.)
• Willing to be based in Jakarta

CSR New Sites Project Officer

The roles and responsibilities of the position are:

• Assist Sustainable Development Manager to apply AQUA Lestari’s project management tool kit (assessment, planning, project formulation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation including reporting) as a basis to design start up projects in new sites
• Facilitate local stakeholders, community and/or partner, certain community based project in the fields of water access, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), reforestation, waste management, sustainable agriculture, education or economic development.
• Assist Sustainable Development Manager to ensure that project activities are implemented, and budget administered in line with the work plan and company policies/requirements
• Take active role in sites risks identification and management related to CSR activities
• Manage 2 ways communication with related stakeholders (local NGO, media, government and communities’ informal & formal leaders)
• Support Stakeholders Relation Managers, specific to the areas of CSR related issues

The qualifications are:

• Bachelor Degree in agriculture, forestry, environmental engineering or social sciences
• Experience of working for at least 3 years in a relief or development setting. This should include field experience including management of implementing agencies (local or national NGOs, or communities)
• Excellent knowledge & proven experiences community based development projects
• Proven competency in community participation approaches
• Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams and to achieve goals through teamwork
