ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER (Code: ABM)
Key Accountabilities

* This position will mainly be responsible for planning, developing, and ensuring the implemented strategic marketing plan is run effectively in supporting volume and share achievement of the assigned brand. Specifically, he/she should be able to:
* Develop effective advertising, trade marketing, and consumer promotion programs
* Pursues product development by coordinating formula/design/packaging development, market research requirements to reinforce brand strength and increase consumer value
* Forecasts annual & monthly sales volume
* Lead in development and coordinate the execution of specific sales/distribution and merchandising strategy to improve overall product sales and distribution
* Make regular market analysis for the assigned brands trend and positioning

Requirements

* Age between 28 to 33 years old
* Having Minimum 4 years experiences in marketing and 1 year as Brand Manager in FMCG Company
* Having experience in product innovation, brand communication, brand activation, brand planning, and budget management activity
* Having good understanding about consumer research, basic finance, sales and trade marketing will be an advantage
* Proven effective managerial skill, communication skill, and strategic thinking capability
* Excellent command in English, both oral and written
* Good understanding of Indonesian market

QC AREA MANAGER (Code: QAM – CBN)
Key Accountabilities

* Supervising and organizing all QC line process and packing inspection, incoming material, laboratory analysis, flavor room, and out sources activities on each plant.
* Maintaining & following up quality system, food safety system, quality plan, quality standard and specification
* Controlling and analyzing trend performance of quality inspection and provide quality improvement plan to maintain the stability of quality

Requirements

* Bachelor degree in Chemical, Food Technology, or Agriculture Industry
* Having minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor in Food Manufacturing Consumer Goods Industry
* Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
* Having proven effective leadership and team work
* Having deep knowledge about food processing, SPC, Laboratory Analysis, and Quality Control mechanism & operation
* Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000
* Fluent in English speaking & writing
* Willing to be located in Cibinong – Bogor

(SENIOR) BRAND MANAGER (Code: SBM)
Key Accountabilities

* This position is accountable for the development, implementation and evaluation of the assigned category marketing strategies and action plans to ensure a successful entry and growth of PVMI into the segment. Specifically, he/she should be able to:
* Prepare and review the annual budget and strategic plan objectives for the category or group product volume and share of the assigned brands using the available market data, consumer research, competitive reports to optimize use of resources
* Co-ordinate with other function i.e. Sales, R&D, Production, Planning/Logistic, Purchasing, Legal and General Affairs in all aspects pertaining brand and trademarks
* Develop brand strategy and brand plan based on consumer insights
* Works closely with advertising agents to develop advertising communication and media plan
* Review monthly national sales forecast in cooperation with National Sales Manager as the basis for raw and packaging material and production planning

Requirements

* Minimum College/University Graduates
* Having Minimum 4 years experiences in Brand Management preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
* Excellent understanding of Indonesian market and distribution system
* Strong analytical skills, result oriented, and able to work independently
* Good communication skills, managerial skill, and strategic thinking capability
* Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
