1. Banking Head (BH)
Responsibilities:
Having booked a planned pipeline to support the achievement of targets
Evaluate and approve credit proposals that disupervisinya appropriate RM-owned credit authority
Monitoring Loan Quality
Good relationships with customers and to develop strategies to gain new customers

Requirements:

Having experience min. 8 years in the field of Corporate / Commercial Banking banking and related financial indsutri
Having experience min. 1 year as Team Leader in Corporate Banking / commercial Banking
Having the ability to Credit & Financial Analys skills and negotiation skills
Having good leadership
Fluent in spoken and written English
Education min. S1 finance
Having presentation skills

2. Relationship Manager (RM)

Responsibilities:

Target Orientation, engage in credit analysis, credit risk and sells products such as loans and trade finance and cash management
Assisting the process of making credit proposals, monitoring of credit portfolio in accordance with credit policies, standards and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance, effective in delegating tasks and manage ARM

Requirements:
Education min. S1 finance
Having experience min. 3 years as a banking RM
Having experience in the bid. Industry, have an understanding in the agriculture industry business portfolio
Having experience in credit analysis, finance and understand the cash flow
Fluent in spoken and written English
Can use computers to software, Ms.Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) with good

3. Asissten Relationship Manager (ARM)

Responsibilities:
RM helped in the process of loan administration and account maintenance & monitoring
Carry out daily transactions of debtors

Requirements:
Education min. S1
Having years of experience in banking min.1
Have perseverance and motivation high & good communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Can use computers to software, Ms.Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) with good
