PALM OIL MILL ENGINEERS
(Based in Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia)
Responsibilities :
- Report to the Palm Oil Mill Manager
- Assist the Mill Manager on the following :
- Production planning and capacity optimization
- Effective maintenance program and minimization downtime
- Labor productivity and management
- Budget planning and cost management
Requirements :
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university, local or abroad
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in palm oil mill
- Experience working in a multi-national food manufacturing company with good safety standards and environmental management. Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in production planning and maintenance programme are added advantages
- Preferably fluent in written and verbal Bahasa Melayu, Indonesia and English
- Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on and result oriented
- Fresh graduates who have interest and knowledge of the related production process engineering during their internship are encouraged to apply
