ASSISTANT LEASING AND MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max. 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in Property Leasing
- Marketing experience an advantage
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer focus
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Computer literacy is a must, Auto Cad is preferable
- Strong initiative, planning, leadership and self motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

SENIOR BUILDING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max. 30 years old
- Diploma holder in Hotel Management or related subject
- 5 years Property or Hotel Management
- IT literate, including MS Word, Excel etc.
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer focus
- Strong initiative, interpersonal and communication skills
